Jaxx is a new name to those of us in the UK but its parent company – Fluxx Group, has been listed on Germany’s Frankfurt exchange since 1999. They have quickly established an excellent reputation having recently signed a two year sponsorship deal with Motherwell FC and have joinedforces with the SPL as its official betting partner.
The website is very nice looking with an eye pleasing colour scheme and stylish icons. It is let down however, by its lack of features and services that you come to expect with the top online bookies. There is no live betting, sports scores, radio, form guide or anything else that you might find with the likes of Betfair, Sky Bet, etc This shouldn’t affect you too much though if all you want is the facility to place a bet!
One thing that does set Jaxx aside from other bookmakers is its “Jaxx Club”. Every time you place a bet you accrue points that can be used to redeem for prizes like TVs, Laptops, and games consoles. Each month for your first 3 months with the site, Jaxx will give you 250 points for free. Subsequent to that, for every £1 you stake, you will earn a further 10 points. This is a great idea and is something very few bookmakers have in place.
